Procurement Leaders
A team of entrepreneurs approached Headline Media shortly after the company was set up having become aware of our editorial expertise. We were asked to edit a new publication for procurement professionals and agreed to take responsibility for editing the highly successful magazine and contributing much of its content. Procurement Leaders quickly became one of the most successful and highly-respected publications on the market, noted for its authority and attractive presentation. After three successful years the magazine was taken fully in-house. We have continued to enjoy a very productive relationship with the company managing Procurement Leaders, a network of procurement professionals and a new research organisation. Internet strategy
Headline Media was asked to advise a highly successful internet operation on how to manage its continuing growth. It was immediately clear that our insights from wide experience in the traditional media would help the site's authors understand how to relate more productively with their community of readers and contacts, produce more balanced material and avoid potentially damaging errors. A full discussion paper on the key issues involved was followed by a series of workshops and a final report setting out some practical action points.

Headline Media has extensive experience in this area and was able to demonstrate complete understanding of the client’s needs. We developed a high quality, easy-to-read quarterly e-newsletter to showcase the consultancy’s expertise in securing successful deals on behalf of its clients worldwide. We also created a selection of case studies highlighting the consultancy’s impressive results with its clients. These are featured on the company's website and are central to its marketing strategy with potential new customers, while the e-newsletter continues to generate valuable new business worldwide.

The new management strategy was successfully implemented worldwide and Headline Media continued to work with the client to improve management communications.
