Mark Whitehead  has written for several national publications including the Times Educational

of Supply Management for five years and edited Procurement Leaders for
three years.
He is
co-author of
Buying for Business, published by John Wiley & Sons, a guide for non-experts into the
issues involved in purchasing and supply management, His marketing and PR clients range from
specialist procurement agencies to global corporations.


Helen Riley has many years' experience as a public relations specialist and journalist. She has
wide experience in the not-for-profit sector including with leading NHS Trusts. In the commercial
sector she has worked extensively with ethical businesses including the Fairtrade Foundation, Easy
Bean and the Bishopston Trading Company. As a journalist she has worked as a news reporter, feature
writer, section editor, sub-editor and as a freelance on local and national newspapers plus magazines.
